Refund Policy

At TanakaSkinCare, due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

All sales are final once an order has been shipped.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:tanakaskincare@tanakaskincare.com

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a refund at no additional cost.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within 21 days of shipment, please contact us and we will investigate with our fulfillment partner.
If confirmed lost, a replacement or refund will be issued.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Skincare products

  • Beauty tools

  • Sale or promotional items

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may be entitled to a 14-day cancellation right under EU consumer law.

However, this right does not apply to sealed goods that are unsealed after delivery, including skincare and personal care items.

If you wish to cancel before your order ships, please contact us as soon as possible.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
